About Erica Reyder

Erica Reyder is the Firm Administrator at Amerberg Law Group.

Erica was integral in founding Amerberg Law Group when the firm started with just a few employees and has served as a valuable member of the team ever since. Erica supervises firm operations, including human resources, managing the support staff, overseeing administrative and billing matters, and handling firm marketing. In addition, Erica handles and oversees complex cases with a focus on catastrophic injuries.

Prior to joining Amerberg Law Group, Erica worked at several law firms during college, and got her start in paralegal work in 2010. She quickly advanced in her placement in the company because she is extremely dedicated to the clients and their needs. She has great attention to detail and is very thorough in the care she provides to every client. Her persistence and individualized attention to both the procedural and substantive aspects of each case help to assure the best results for our clients. Erica is very clear and very direct in her management style, which is the hallmark of a good administrator. Erica leads by example, and her habit of being an active listener makes staff members feel appreciated and heard. Her door is always open to everyone.
